• A   A security deposit equal to one and one half months rent, and the first months rent paid.
• Q   Do you allow dogs?
• A   No, we do not.
• Q  Can I make an appointment to see an apartment?
• A  Absolutely, either call, email,  or use our contact form, and we will be happy to  show you around.
• Q  Do you offer short term leases?
• A  We offer one year leases.
• Q  Am I responsible for utility payments?
• A  Electric, telephone and cable are yours to pay.  Water, sewer, trash, and recycling are handled by us. 
•  Q Can I smoke in my residence?
•  A No, smoking is not allowed in any residence, and is only allowed in designated areas throughout the complex.
